Rogue company Unum’s profiteering hand in the government’s work, health and disability green paper

Thinking failure, failure by the private sector to provide public services.

When a company such as Carillion is seen as too big to fail, involved in absolutely everything public services, does, well, fail.

When outsourcing say forensic analysis, fails to meet regulation standards...the knock on effect, cost of trials, false imprisonment. Whoa!

The list is endless, failed Public Private Partnerships, or the opposite of what the Government wanted to achieve, save money, does precisely the opposite and cost taxpayers for future generations, a fortune.

Getting the private sector involved in writting green papers. We should be worried. Kitty Jones in 'Rogue company Unum’s profiteering hand in the government’s work, health and disability green paper' provides a brilliant analysis of why we should be wary of private companies being involved at the heart of Government. Unelected, whose main drivers are profit, then we should be worried.
