The inspiring story of the Justice for Janitors movement - low waged, precarious, largely migrant workers in the US who organised and fought back. This story is the inspiration for the many low paid workers who are now organising for better pay and conditions at work. Labour is committed to ending zero hours contracts and implementing a basic £10 minimum wage for all. But we also understand that many low paid workers cannot wait for another general election. In the words of John McDonnell "Whether it's in parliament, on the picket line or on the streets the Labour leadership is with you!"
