Bread_and_Roses.jpgThe inspiring story of the Justice for Janitors movement - low waged, precarious, largely migrant workers in the US who organised and fought back. This story is the inspiration for the many low paid workers who are now organising for better pay and conditions at work. Labour is committed to ending zero hours contracts and implementing a basic £10 minimum wage for all. But we also understand that many low paid workers cannot wait for another general election. In the words of John McDonnell "Whether it's in parliament, on the picket line or on the streets the Labour leadership is with you!"

Join us for this inspiring film and discuss the lessons for fighting low pay in Truro and Falmouth

We ask that you leave a donation if you attend the event, from £3-5, or as much as you can afford

Hope to see many of you there, non members are welcome to attend so feel free to share with friends! Drinks will be available from the Railway Tavern on the night.
